The gentlemen of our church planned a very special Valentine’s Day treat for the ladies this weekend (Our group is mainly made up of married couples). The brothers took the children starting at around 11 o’clock, allowing the sisters time to have tea together and get ready for the evening’s activities. The menfolk worked on plans while the ladies surreptitiously made them chocolate covered strawberries. The guys came to pick us up at around six o’clock, and this is what they did before we left:
The guys are so sweet! After this they took us to Applebee’s in Hot Springs for dinner where we met up with Chris and Diane.
We had a great dinner and a great fellowship time was had by all. After dinner the boys took us to the Arlington for dancing.
Then we had to come home and get the kids. It was a wonderful evening.
Awesome in Arkadelphia! Glad you put these up especially the video. bd
PS Hey check out the spiral staircase. Where is that. This carpenter knows they are rare. I wonder if Jesus ever built a spiral staircase?
PSS I think I had as much fun as you all! The kingdom is all about love anyway isn’t it. Thanks for sharing.
Bruce, the staircase is at the Arlington Hotel in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It’s a beautiful hotel! 🙂
It was so much fun! Glad everyone had a great time! 🙂
I think Ashley and Josh had an equally great time with your kiddos…
